Where do I cancel if I subscribed on iOS or Android?

If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you may also need to manage or cancel the subscription in that store's subscription settings, in addition to checking your Coursiv account.

Open the Coursiv sign-in page (or the Coursiv app) and sign in with the email used for your subscription.

Go to subscription settings
Open your profile, then open the subscription section where your current plan and renewal details are shown.

Confirm cancellation
Select cancel and confirm. To avoid the next charge, finish cancellation before your current billing cycle ends.
